We're Tom & Jade and our story started with a single property—and a vision for doing it better.
With a background in interior design and firsthand experience as owners, we saw too many properties being treated like transactions instead of investments. We built our company to do things differently: combining thoughtful design, strong operations, and a hands-on approach that helps properties perform at their highest potential.
What began with one property has grown into a business centered around creating memorable, high-performing spaces for both owners and guests. We believe the best rentals are the ones that are not only well-managed, but intentionally designed to stand out in a crowded market.

We prioritize trust and safety and have implemented several measures to ensure your peace and mind. We install video cameras at all entry points of each unit, which monitor 24/7 for added security. In addition, we install smart locks on each door that generate a new code for each guest, and all codes are deleted upon checkout for added security.

We employ professional cleaning staff who are dedicated to upholding the highest cleaning standards after each stay. Our team is thoroughly trained, has attention to detail, and takes immense pride in their work. Whether it’s removing tough stains, sanitizing surfaces, or refreshing the ambiance of each room, our staff has the expertise and dedication to deliver exceptional results.

Signed Contracts
Clients are required to review company and house rules specific to their selected property. Prior to the completion of their check in process, clients are required to sign a license to occupy the property for the period of which they have contracted with us.
Relationships
Our relationships with our landlord and neighbors are very important and a core value to our business. We introduce ourselves personally to the neighborhood so that if we are ever needed, there is no question on how to reach us. As much as we pride ourselves in our homes, we take equal pride in our business relationships.
Client Screening
We implement a thorough screening process to verify all clients, including background checks. They must complete our online verification and check-in procedures before gaining access to the property.
